Terms of service

Effective 2026-10-09. These terms apply when you play Case Files: Word Solitaire, a game by Better International ("Better", "we"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play Case Files: Word Solitaire on your devices for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, use cheats, bots or modified versions, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

Coins, boosters and other items

Coins, boosters, lives, backgrounds and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred, and can be used only in the game. We may adjust how they work to keep the game balanced and fair.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policies. Prices are shown before you buy. Except where the law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, purchases are final. "Remove ads" removes the ads between levels and the banners; optional reward videos stay available. Purchases that never expire, like "Remove ads", can be restored in Settings with the same Google account.

Ads

The game shows ads. Watching reward videos is always optional.

Your progress

Your progress is saved on your phone. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones, it may be lost; purchases that never expire can still be restored.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Case Files: Word Solitaire: we may add, change or remove levels, features and items, and we may need to pause or end the game. If we end it, we'll try to tell you in advance.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or incidental losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.

Privacy

Our privacy policy, in Settings, explains how information is handled.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Better International is established, without taking away the protection that the consumer laws of your country give you.
